As a communications company, government and law enforcement agencies approach Rogers (Compton Communications is operated by Rogers Communications Canada Inc.) looking for information about our customers.

We fully comply with Canadian privacy law and take active steps to fully safeguard the information of our customers. At the same time we are compelled by law to respond to federal, provincial and municipal government and law enforcement agencies when they have a legally valid request ‐ like a search warrant or court order.

Our customers’ privacy is important to us and that is why we have issued a Transparency Report.

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
